I recently manage to source a replacement electric mirror for my van, as its always had the Right hand one missing, my question is do these mirrors come in left hand drive and right hand drive versions? as the mirror won't adjust to the right position so I can see down the side of the van, I have a left hand drive van.
I have looked at the mechanism and can't see how I can get the mirror to move in towards the van anymore.

Possible but quite a bit of work to modify and of course you are getting rid of the detent (the point at which the mirror returns to) so be careful to modify in such a way that prevents creep (which is an inherent fault with the original small mirrors).

if its a right hand mirror you have i will swap you for a left hand drive passenger mirror so no altering needed
