T3 Vs T4 rear springs.

Hi, someone asked recently about fitting T4 rear springs on a T3 to raise it.
I said I would look into the lengths and promptly forgot.
Can't find the thread either...
Forced to be at home today for one reason or another and remembered to look at TecDoc and get some data.
T3 Syncro rear spring - 251 511 105 E
Dia of wire at ends - 10.6mm
Dia of wire in centre of spring - 19.2
Height -320mm
OD at widest part - 160mm
T4 Syncro spring for increased payload - 701 511 105 B (longest spring they do for 2 tonnes)
Dia of wire at ends - 10.5
Dia of wire in centre of spring - 21mm
Height - 272mm
OD at widest part - 160mm
So, using T4 rear springs on a T3 would actually lower it.
Could be useful for T4 Syncro owners to fit T3 rears springs though.
As far as I know both rear springs were made by K&F.
