Westy joker high top front window seal replacement?

I have got the seal from Gunzl . What's involved in changing it? Do I need any special tools? How much time should I allow?
Following a kamikaze pigeon strike, we had a new hightop front window a few months back. Took two pro window fitters well over an hour (and a bit of swearing) - new Gunzl "glass", reused the old seal. Tool-wise, they just used the usual rubber-gasket glass fitting tools.
