Fitting trailing arm bushes.

Could some kind person point me in the right direction for instructions on how to fit the bushes, thanks.

get them pressed in by garage if i were you , there is a couple of ways to do it with threaded bar nuts washers and some 40mm pipe tho i found m10 with nuts stripped thread so used rod connector and was still lacking pressure so made up long thread on 40mm pipe with socket on with bushed down to 15mm for extra force which worked a treat but sheared lip of bush etc etc like said get pressed in and also buy good quality

Don't be surprised if it takes an age and frustrates the hell out of you. They really are a pig to fit.
