as we could not make it to france to celebrate dai and aidan's birthday a few of us headed up to wales to give aidan his freshly made vegan birthday cake

Plus we definately brought al fresco fine dining to Llanfyllin, the French would have been proud of our Syncronaunt spread . . . especially the toffee vodka that accompanied the vegan chocolate cake, a perfect combination Sally but the 'Syncro 25' champagne was also a delight (don't loose the cork Aidan )

Glad I could make it over, thanks to Neil and Sally for the organising . . . and making Aidan's birthday one to remember!
