Hi all

Ive took advantage of the sun/bank holiday to get on top of the surface rust thats crept through the primer on my van over the winter.

My question is in afew places ive had to use a wire brush to get a few scabs and to get in the seams and this has gouged the origional :run paintwork. You can just make out in the pictures what I mean

Whats the best way to get back to a nice smooth finish a light skim of filler or will high build primer fill the void ?

thanks in advance

James

would cross high build off the list for that much coverage. from exp you will need to open the filler.

As above. A thin skim of filler and wet& dry back. Then repaint and will look as good as new.
