Fuel and Vaccuum hoses

I was looking at the engine over the weekend and was thinking that it might not be a bad idea to replace all of the fuel and vaccuum hoses. I doubt that they've ever been done.
It's a 1990, 1.9L Petrol
Can anyone tell me the size of hose i need and how much for:
Fuel lines
Vaccuum lines

Why didn't you measure up when you were looking over the engine?

I did. I used my thumb and index fingers , but then i saw a butterfly go past , my fingers moved and it went down hill from there.
