Storing Brake Calipers

Have a couple of used front brake calipers which want to store for future use/rebuild. Anyone any tips on how to store?
Do I just clean and seal in bag? Or strip down, clean and seal in bag?

I would leave them in one piece and bung up the union/hole....then seal them in a bag...remember any old brake fluid will attract water. Because of this, I might be tempted to fill the caliper with light engine oil (sealed with a bung) as long as you remember to thoroughly flush out this oil when it comes to using them...but you did say they would be re-furbed first? so would be taken apart anyway.
