Could well be. Swap 'em over, see what happens.

Is the tap open ....lol.
Sometimes if the pin sticks the micro-switch operates the pump but until the tap is actually open no water will flow.
Could also be an air lock...if completely empty the pump has all on starting the water flowing because air is compressible and so doesn't draw the water through very easily.

Tube over the end of the tap and suck for England whilst tap and pump on! Get ready to spit out all the crap that has grown in the pipe.

Nice! I look forward to that!

First, I'm gonna switch the wires and cross my figures.

Thanks again!

still not working

I swapped the blue and brown wire from the pump to the transparent protective connector on top of the tank

the wires were;

blue to blue (logical)

brown to red/white

I think its time to manually syphon at the tap!

Did you open the faucet switch? I had a problem recently with my faucet not working. That clear connector near the tank is a POS, the wires fell out so I eliminated it. I also had the wires at the faucet connected backwards, I guess they go a certain way as far as the positive and negitive are concerned. Got everything put back together and the faucet and pump work correctly now.
