if you want a coil over kit i hope you have plenty of money in your piggy bank, theres only a couple of companies in germany who sell a kit for the t3 , both kits need additional plates welding to the suspension pick up points as the original mounts are not strong enough to support the weight of a t3 i would only invest this money if your building something with mega horsepower like the 1100bhp norwegian street racer cetainly not worth the investment with a stock motor fitted

what made you think they were coilovers? In the link you posted it just says spring kit. I have never seen a coilover kit for a T25, but that isn't to say that they do not exist. If you are thinking of lowering your van have a look at what's available from brickwerks, there are a few different options and they stand by there products. I would not go for a cheap set up as from what I have read they are pretty crap.

the ones on the brickwrks site are definately not coil overs the coil over kits would cost you another £1500 on the weitec springs at least , i only know of two vans in the country running coil over kits on there t3 vans and both cost mega money

Fine but the brickwerks price of 200 plus for one unit seems a bit steep for just springs. I got to the link .using the site search coilover kit/volkswagen/transporter t3. Which part of that search says 'sorry we dont do coilovers try these'?
Hence my first question.
Anyway thanks for putting me right, onward and upward.

as the t3 does not originally come with coilover shocks theres not really a market for them, only people who are really into these vans would think of spending the amount of money a coil over kit costs , thats why most people are happy with a cheap kit as most kits are more fitted for looks than how they perform as you are never going to make a high top or camper handle like a sports car, the £200 weitec springs are not really that expensive the h/r spring kit is better still and would be my choice and on top of that you need to budget £80/ £100 a corner for good quality bilstein or koni dampers , then if you want to improve handling even more fit a coil kit to your bilstein or koni front dampers and uprated front and rear antiroll bars ,

You say expensive for one unit? The price is for a set of 4 springs.
