I've been looking through some great threads on France and Spain and wondered about non-engine stressing but still picturesque routes through from Bilbao / San Sebastián area to just south of Toulouse? 1.9Dg petrol Westy and my mates 1.6 air cooled bay!! So can't really do steep climbs or descents. Anywhere nice to stop over in the Pyrenees area would be great if you have any ideas, thanks.

I think there is a pass called the Tourmalet which they cycle up so it cant be that bad....
