Hi... Anybody know anyone who could test and possibly repair this....

What problem are you having? I only have a SG1561 GT in 12v in my spares stock.
Which heater are you using it on HL18, 24, 32? (It is standard on all these models)
I could test it on some HL18s.
I could repair it if it is something simple like a burnt out track, cold joint (which is common on some of the input pins) or the odd diode/capacitor.
