Looking around the van I think once upon a time it used to be fixed to the van by screws on the sides with caps to seal. These are all rusted and the seal caps are long gone. Some holes have been sealed and all the gutters have been sealed so looks like someone has tried to stop this leak before.
How heavy is the roof? Is this a one man job?

Thanks. Is it a 2 man job? Will it be possible to remove outside or do I need to hoist it up in a building?

How much are you selling these for? How long are they?

i would say to do it safely its better with 4 people , you could remove it outside no problem , is it not attached with sycaflex the panels are about 3 foot long x 2 inch in height to fix any roof corrosion i charge £12 each plus postage

As ^^^^ says.
but you dont need to remove it from the van , it can be a one man job as i did recently on kevtherevs,
2 jacking props inside with a spreader board, then up a bit and get the roof free, then have a couple of lengths of 4x2 or whatever and sit it on these,
