Hi guys,

I have an early diesel exhaust system, as in just one box, and it makes too much noise if you ask me.

Has anyone modified this set up with the addition of another box or have any other ideas to make it quiet and nor car like?

Going to try and make he van more present to drive this year!

Cheers

It's a big box though!

You might be able to fit another short box in to the pipe that runs for and aft but to be honest there must be a more modern silencer (not necessarily a car one!) available that will reduce noise at the same time as improving the gas flow?

Also , inside the van most of the noise is just 'diesel' not necessarily exhaust. Be warned if you reduce the exhaust noise you may find you need to uprate the horn!

Thanks boxer,

I was thinging a little rectangle shaped box that could be connected to the tail pipe and fitted behind the rear wheel?

But you guys may be correct the noise may be more engine than exhaust.

Those cans look interesting but are they quiet?

Cheers
