Club 80-90 Forums

Hi, i fancy getting my wheels banded, not too wide, does anyone know where in south wales i can achieve this, and do these people paint them up at the same time? and are tyres hard to come by once modified? or can the original tyres stretch? the more i write the more questions are popping in my head!
is there any groups or meets around?
