Rear lap top belts

Hi All
I need to install 2 lap top belts in the rear seat of the T25 this weekend!! any tips on how to install them or is it just a drill and fix to the floor -frame

Or do you mean lap belts?

can you do a 'new' (as in never had before) install for seatbelts? I thought they had to be done by certified / registered installers? Replacing and repairing is DIY do-able but not installing, that's what we we're told by a few garages when we had ours done.
could have been a sales pitch though

I think when a vehicle is built before 1994 it is ok to retro fit seatbelts in the rear, although I'm not sure how I knows that?
One thing I do know is it is not compulsory to have seatbelts in the back of a campervan if it was first registered before 1990 from a mot point of view .
If your van was a panel van you will need to drill and reinforce the mounting points, if it was originally a caravelle or bus the mounting points will be in the body and will just need uncovering

im doing mine in next few weeks,someone sells these plates on ebay that you bolt to otherside of bulkhead and attach seatbelt bollt through this.i made my own and looks like a pretty easy job.
