So since the camper is now lovely Escorial Green the custard yellow curtains are no longer in favour.
I'm rather crap at colour matching so need advice on colour and also where to buy from.
I quite like the suede type fabrics I have seen in some vans - can't seem to find anything on ebay tho.
Recomendations welcome!
Sarah

Hi Sarah
When I had my previous T2 I bought some curtain material and asked my mum very nicely to make up some new curtains using the old ones as a template. How's your mum (or another relation) with a sewing machine? Much cheaper than buying curtains. Good to see your van in the garage being MOTd and serviced this week. A big change of colour. I pass the garage on my home from work and always check it out when I see a T25 in there. Mine goes in there on Monday.

I mentioned the idea to my lovely mum who used to make all our clothes when we were kids.
The response wasn't too encouraging LOL.
To be fair, she's in her late 70s and has very little spare time as she's had to manage my brother's affairs and business etc since his accident.

Sarah, Have a look on eBay for faux suede, you can sometimes pick up a roll end for very little. As for making them, a basic knowledge of sewing is all that's needed, you're only making rectangles and sticking a bit of header have on!! But if you don't have the time (or inclination) to make them, maybe look for a local seamstress?
