front doors on a t25,the channel or not

hi,the channell that holds the door seals in my t25 seems to stop at the bottom of the door,then theres no groove to put the seal in till about 4 inches,its the same both sides,can anyone advise if this is right or wrong,cheers.so in a nut shell,theres a groove all the way round till the bottom flat bit where the groove stops.thanks in advance for any insite

Well theres sort of a channel,sounds like mayber you got a bit missing , go take a picky and stick it on here , saves a thousand guesses

Try hanging upside down from the ceiling mm, worked fine for me
. Mine are the same just used a bit of glue, got it from woolies.

Did my door seals a few weeks ago same as yours just use 2 strips of 7mm double sided foam tape to stick your seal theres a post some where on here that shows you how to do it { or it might be on Brickwerks }

well yopur right there, they do fit sort of snug in that reccess, we add a bit of glue the base of the 'orifice' and a smmear on the base of the seal , if you daub all the seal /metal then it tends to grab on the way in and not seat correctly, we start by doing bthe front by the hinge glued on two sides here, thenworlk up the pillar, keep a touch of tension on but dont stretch as it will then end up saggy when you get back to the start
