Support engine on a stand with a block of wood to spread the load.
Remove silencer and heat shield (tie header tank up so that doesn't need removing)
This gives access to the bolts which hold the cradle to the engine, undo those.
Undo (if they will ) the 4 nuts/bolts that hold the engine bar to the chassis. (take care to note which way the spreader plates are facing)
swap mounts
refitting is reverse of removal, renewing any nyloc nuts and any bolts which may be getting a tad cheesey.
Here's one I prepared earlier as Auntie Val used to say ..
Rearwards facing side (note the silencer cradle mounts)
Forwards facing side .. You'll notice to 2 bigger bolt holes easily but look at the bottom just off center and there's a smaller bolt that screws to the engine case as well (missing here) ..
Ian.

No worries, I saved these photos for just such a request
It's a good idea to have 4 replacement M8 nyloc nuts, bolts (IIRC 40mm long ?) & 8 washers handy because unless they've been off recently the chassis ones often either shear off or have to be cut. Of the engines I've dropped over the years I'd say it's perhaps a 6:4 failure rate. The engine mounts need replacement M8 nylocs as well. I seem to remember a deep M8 socket came in handy as well.
