Bodywork and respray reccomendations.

It has come to that time where i have to make a choice... respray my van, get all bodywork done. Dont cut corners and do it right
or just let time take its toll to my beloved van and i start to do cheap my style "rat and reclaim" repairs
My van has been exceptionally brilliant to me over the past 7 years
andhas only ever let me down once when the gearbox went bang on the M1 sliproad
.
Ive had a look about online for reputable bod' w'shops and found a few who ive contacted and had a chat about what i want. However id like to hear from any of you guys that have had work done a while ago that still looks good, or anyone who has recenly come across a genius that we should all know about. I dont mind travelling for good work, but if there is anyone close-ish to peterborough i would be very interested to hear.
Also. I was thinking 2pac?? opinions
Paint oven?? as mine is a hightop it wont fit in many standard ones. I remeber from my days in the classic car trade years ago, the bloke who my boss used never used an oven, but used to get superb finished results??? sould i stick to places that it will fit? or go to a bloke who has a good standard booth?
