Do you mean thread size and pitch?

No. What I mean is - if you were to use a spanner, what size would it be?

The reason I asked about this was that at last, the wheel carrier is on the back of the bus, with the wheel held on by two long bolts, with two nuts. Volks Engineering put this on for me, and they did a good job too. So, I now needed a spanner that I could leave in the door pocket, just to get the spare off, so I visited a boot sale to pick up a cheap one. I assumed that the nuts holding the wheel to the carrier would be the same size as those holding the wheels on the hubs - hence my original question.
Bought a size 19 spanner for £1, got back to the van....and it's way too small.
Went back, swapped it for a 22 (a guess), and it's the right size. So that's in the door pocket now, ready for action should I need it. So, all's well that ends well, but a good thing I checked it.....
