Airbed that works?

The camping season approaches and I want to buy a double airbed for the tent. I have bought two of these in the past few years but they both start deflating within 24 hours despite the claims of others that they don't. Has anybody found one that stays up for at least three days without deflating badly? (This one's for you Bren!) I am being serious by the way. They look good when they come out of the box and that's where it ends. There must be a brand out there that actually works. Cheers guys.

Self inflating one from Alpkit the thick one is called fat aric.
We've had them for years, comfy and warm 'cos they're insulated, they aren't cheap but great bits of kit (better than thermorest imo).

Hi
I can second that opinion of the alpkit self inflating.
Not as cheap as a blow up air bed but well worth the extra cost in terms of comfort.
Warmer and more comfortable -

We also swapped a double height air bed, which let us down on a camping trip, for two self inflating mats. Ours are gelert 10cm thick ones and they are so much warmer and comfier than the air bed, but we also got two camp beds and put the mats on top of those - luxury camping. Using camp beds with the mats means that it's off ground, easier to get up from when you are old(er) like me

and you've got storage underneath too.

I've had 2 Coleman ones. One which converts from an inflatable sofa to a kingside mattress. Never had any problems with either of then deflating and they're surprisingly supportive.

Another vote for the Alpkit. We've had ours for about 5 years now. Good quality
