Ok here we go again thermostate having been all done, now the metal water pipe has split its so rusty im surprised its not done it before im shaw getting through my bithday/xmas and annivetsary pressy money. Thankfully ive got a great family who have been helping me with the ole folding stuff a great mate and a great garage helping me.with luck hope its all done for summer. Now the pipes gone may as well renew the heater motor aswell, save doing it all latter.it will get there in the end and be worth it so im told.

"Rusty metal one", so I'd guess at the big 'stat-to-pump one.

Whilst it's all drained down, get down'an'dirty and replace as much of the rubber as possible. Look very carefully at the tower (in front of the LH rear wheel), the front-to-rear pipes, the rad.

When we got ours, we did that pipe and a fair few of the engine bay ones - and haven't really stopped since. HOPEFULLY the stuff (including f-r pipes) that's now sitting waiting to be fitted is going to get it properly, finally drip free and water tight. Unless, of course, it's now time to start all over again...
