Good mobile mechanic needed, N.E. Surrey, junction 6, M25

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and hoping someone may be able to help ?.
Sorry to post this here if it's the wrong place, but I'm just about a the end of my rope with people saying they will help and then letting me down.
I have a T25 1.9 DG that has a starting problem, I know it's going to be a pretty simple job, Starter Motor/ Gearbox Earth Strap ?, I just can't do it myself as I have recently had heart surgery, and suffer with acute Emphysema, so crawling about under vans is a bit of a No, No, at this point in time.
I live in Warlingham, near junction 6 of the M25, and need someone who is reliable and knows what they're doing, I've tried on some of the T25 forums but the recommendations are usually 30 - 40 miles away and want the van at their place.
Thing is, I had it parked up for a few months and I've done everything I can do to try to solve it, New Battery, Plugs, Rotor Arm, New Fuel Filter and even a New Fuel Pump, but it's just not turning over fast enough to get the Juice Flowing as it were, as I'm not getting any at the carb, but I know it's not blocked 'cause I've had a mouthful of Un Led, It has Good Spark and I know it wants to run because I had it fired up on Easy Start ..............The general consensus seems to be that it's either the earth strap on the gearbox, or the Starter Motor Bush in the Gearbox that's worn and somehow stopping it turning over fast enough, ( I'm not good with Electrics on Motors ), So have duly bought a new bush, but I just need someone to fit it for me along with a new Earth Strap, if it needs one.
I've been blown out by about 3 Mechanics now, one being a bloke I've used for over 15 years, and I just don't have the strength to do the job myself anymore, even though I've done loads of Starters in the past, and normally it would have been done by now.
Hopefully someone will know someone fairly local who wants the work and the bunce, and I may well put the rest of my mechanical jobs their way
I'm happy to pay the going rate to the right person.
Any recommendations will be Very Gratefully received
Many Thanks for listening
Paul
