2-300, the plain van one would be more sought after and i would be loathe to cut a window in it

i know now i should have sold it for alot more , but 3 years ago we had a few good early doors they did not seem that rare then like they are today , i can better the £50 door about 5/6 years ago i spotted a brand new nos bus sliding door at tatton vw show it was the early type it had been dropped on one corner folding the edge over , the seller said you can have it for £22 i left it there as i had no way of getting it home as i was in my car not van , why i did not phone my mate to come and pick it up in his van i will never know ,
years ago my mate bought £350 worth of genuine panels at stanford hall the seller wanted £500 there was nearly every repair panel made we used a few over the years repairing friends vans but only recently i obtained them back for very little money in the panels there was 8 genuine arches and 2 tailgates plus all the other panels at todays prices i hate to think what they would be worth ,
