Just a small how to on how I fixed a nasty dent I gave the van last friday.

Try to park in our driveway, backed up but forgot to look a the neighbour his concrete chicken fence, concrete won...






mad myself a cheap (as in free) sliding hammer






and try to get as much of the dent out:




slowly getting there


first blasted the welded area's and then put some debrasel metal filler on it


then some regular filler and a bit of "putty" for a few holes


primed


and wet sanded the primer


and out came the paint and spraygun


first coat:


and after 3 coats and a few hours of drying








like nothing ever happened

yep, restored the van earlier this year

I do it as a hobby, my first car was (and still is) a 77 opel Kadett which I restored, done a few T3's in the meantime and now working on another opel Kadett.

But I haven't learned this, just started doing it, and reading loads on the internet

Got 5 opel alloys here.If you ever want any.

no problem, but does my work justify you coming over to belgium to fix a dent
