Hi Guys,

My first post to say hi, and what a great website this is.

My name's Tony, and have joined the forum some time ago, before buyting a T25 panel van with Devon conversion. 1985 1.9 watercooled.

I've bought the van from a great guy who I know, to complete the conversion he started.

Lots of work to do, some of which I have already done.

The guy I bought the van from included two sets of sliding windows, one larger than the other, and I understand I can purchase seals to retrofit the windows too.

What I am looking for right now is a definative, "How To" please?

MM you're window set up of how the rubber works please?

I've measured up, and the window is 42" wide. The guy who owned the van before me added an inner panel cut from his old van too? The window and old rubber offers up nicely to this.....

can you take a pick of the hole you have inside and out and if you have a rubbber then a pick of that as well please

ok ,thats the inner part of a factory aperature, have you got the outer part as well or is that it,

I think the previous owner intended to fit to outer panel and offer up a second rubber "Inner" on the donor section?????

ok , back to drawing board then , you need the outer corresponding part that is almost a mirror image of what you have, takes a fair bit of work to do correctly, so....
you can fit the window your holding by getting a seal set from me and cutting a hole in the panal, and fitting same
