I use a Clarke saw (http://www.clarketooling.co.uk/tools/info_159.html) with cut down regular hacksaw blades, I just cut to the length that suits the task in hand. Using regular bi-metal blades I find little or no difference compared to using the original blades, apart from cost of course :D

Hello,

I use a similar saw, :wink:

and for fine work, these are good at the price..

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SIG-Flexi-Air ... 1c2dfd676a" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The more TPI (teeth per inch), the finer and slower the cut, and the thinner the material to cut.

Hope this helps..

Cordialement,

:ok
