just fitted a r/r bed to my t25 it was an adjutable one. Nice kit but beware, as there are different probs for t25s opposed to bays and splitties, the engine bulkheads are different , and when you start to cut bits off here and there the thought of sending the kit back cos it dont fit has to stay firmly in the back of your mind and you must carry on with confidence!!my existing bed pads turned out to be too thick after already altering the back board to them I was not about slice too through the new foam etc so devised a sliding back seat panel able too move approx 75 to100mm backwards or forwards when raising the bed or setting it down flat . Also fitted 2 sprung loaded 150mm 1/2" bolts to hold the back of the seat in position to travel located in metal plates attached to either side ( checker plate looks good) Anyone reading this who has done it will know the probs there are different systems about , from ply panels etc but now I have it fitted it really is the D Bs . Its just a shame that apart from one example of t25 r/r bed on u tube which is only the full width version and does not explain fully, there is nowt about for us yet they are falling over themselves to show you how it goes in the t2s yet swear they fit just as well in t25s (bolts not supplied) that is an understatement.!!

There are loads of threads on here about fitting a r'n'r bed to a T25, and the bottom line is - it's not easy. Most of the after-market kits are primarily for Bays, and so they require you to have a platform of about 2 inches or so built on top of your engine bay, to bring it all level.
