when I bought my van 3 years ago it had a small crack in the nearside headlight,I touched it a couple of weeks ago and a small piece fell out about 2mill across,so I have a small hole in the glass,I put a small piece of tank tape to stop water getting in,any ideas how to fill the hole without buying a new light as it has not rusted inside and is otherwise good condition, thought about using a piece cut from one of the light deflectors when you go abroad

You used to be able to get a two part resin from halfords to repair lenses , it also came with red and orange dyes for brake and indicators .

My wife's T4 came with a crack and small hole in a headlight when we got it 10 years ago. I filled it up with a blob of glue from hot glue gun and it's there to this day. Never even had a comment about it at MOT time!
