I am looking for the same kind of thing, only mine is plastic. Contacted DEVON CONVERSIONS (As my bus is Devon) They told me they no longer stock it, but it should be available at a good caravan shop. Not tried yet, to busy doing other things.

The edging can be obtained from REIMO www.reimo.co.uk. it is German & thet import it. New stuff has slight lip so you will need to replace the lot.

fit it with a 1.8mm slot cutter and buy bearing to suit the depth of slot required. R.S Paskin in Kidderminster very helpful but any power tools dealer will assist,...not B & Q etc as its a specialist bit of kit and will cost around £20.00 but once you have it....

fit cold, a bit more difficult but at least it wont shrink and leave gaps. I tapped mine in with a cloth & mallet.

Thanks for info speleobod. Had a look ,not the same as on my doors Etc. but will possibly do the job.
And thanks for the offer of router bit, I think among my bits there will be one to do the job, if required.

Borrow the proper slot cutter if you can't find yours, I cut mine using a hacksaw blade, what a pallaver...and you can't get it exactly in line. I wish I'd had a proper piece of kit at the time.

I dont think ill need to borrow one. I must have about 60+ various router bits and slot cutters in my collection
