It must be, it says it on the roof. Still cheap though, and it looks quite clean.

A Velle with a westy roof fitted and a home brew interior. As long as its not full of filler and has the original paint, the engine has no issues, the VC works, the gearbox is sound then I would say its price about right. Be prepared to spend £15,000 inc the asking price.
