Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get some touch up paint mixed for our 1981 yellow T25, been on here to find out where to find the paint code, located on a sticker above the the accelerator was the answer, there was a sticker there but only the backing remains today, I rang VW with the chassis number, they pulled up the details of the van on their system which was brilliant, but the the details for the paint just said yellow, no paint code, below is a pic of our van, any help in trying to identify (if anyone has a same or similar coloured van) would be greatly appreciated.

any decent paint shop will match the colour, whip the engine rear flap off and take it along to be matched!

My experience of yellow cars is they change over time, not as much as red but they do change, so matching may prove more accurate anyway :)

Early vans the code should be on a silver sticker under the passenger seat or on the M plate in the same place.
