had a good look at both batteries and do not like all the extra wires coming off them that I have fitted for powering various things so I ordered a ten fuse fusebox fitted with a metre long cable to connect to the battery and ten feed cables coming of it to fit to the fusebox from raw components, trouble is cannot make up my mind where to fit it so it is easily got at,not a lot of space under the swivel seat, anybody got any photo's of their instillations to give me some inspiration??

If its a camper you can put one in a cupboard. Tis also possible to mount one under the dash. Decide where you want to put it and run a meaty enough cable to it.

Yep. In the long run it also pays to fit an insulated heavy-duty multi-connector near to the battery positive terminal too. That way you'll reduce the potential for too many cables tagged directly on to the battery terminal and the unsightly mess that results.

thanks for the replies, the cable to the battery is 70amp and a metre long the ten wires coming off from the main cable are 200mm long so I am fairly restricted to where I can put the fusebox,so it easy to get to if a fuse blows and it looks half decent
