Gas hose for a westie stove/fridge?

I tried to get some help a few months ago so I am trying again. My current flexible gas hose needs replacing. At one end is a camping gaz regulator connected to a camping gaz bottle. At the other end is a 1/4 " connector to the fridge/stove with a clockwise thread. What I really need to find is a 1-2 metre long flexible hose with a 1/4" clockwise thread at one end and a 1/4" anti clockwise thread at the other end the same as the one I have in situ. On all my searches I have failed to find such a hose. Has anybody else found one? As a last resort a hose with a 1/4" clockwise thread could be adapted, but I believe there must be a supplier out there tp replace the one I currently have. I know somebody out there must have the knowledge. Cheers guys.

Gunzl is probably the best bet mate.

Probably not - there's no flexi at all on our Westy, and definitely no CampinGaz bottle... Somebody's been playing with PRD's van, by the sound of it.
Gas hose is gas hose. It's gotta be possible to get it made up somewhere with the right ends, surely?

He's already got the fittings - it won't be difficult to put a piece of hose between them. Easily diy unlike hydraulic hoses.

Cheers guys.
I tried Gunzl months ago. Their hose has an anti- clockwise thread at one end and a nipple type connector at the other. That does not help. Yes the previous German owner scrapped the conventional westie set up for the one I have now, presumably to deal with the very strict German regulations relating to the original under van gas set up. I just want a hose that fits. Anybody else had this problem and found a supplier? None of the options I have found on e-bay or Amazon provide an answer.

If you don't want to make up your own. Try speaking to a local welding company.

That was a helpful link mate. In readiness for my first trip I finally just got round to buying a couple of their connectors, but one was too small and the other too big. I need a clockwise thread 5/16" (8mm) female hose connector to fit. That way I can connect the female end to the stove and the tail of it into the hose I've got and tighten up with a jubilee clip. Trouble is I have searched and searched and haven't yet found one. Frustrating it is.

If you can measure the OD on the male thread and the TPI (threads per inch) I should be able to tell you what fittings you need. There is no such thread size as 5/16" BSP. 1/4" & 5/16" OD pipe fittings both use 1/4" BSP threads. If you've got metric fittings you need to know the TPI to identify while type of fitting you need. An 8mm OD compression fitting could have 3 or 4 different thread pitches depending on who made it.
This link isn't close to being comprehensive but it shows how to measure thread sizes and give some of the most common UK found fittings.

Cheers Boxy. I will check the TPI and come back. That was really helpful.
