Dyno read-out

Took the bus to a dyno today to get the weber carb set up and the timing done. Bus felt very boggy under acceleration especially up hills.
He's sorted out the problems and gave me the dyno read-out sheet (see below)

Has anyone seen such an un-even graph before? I haven't seen many dyno sheets myself, only my friends who all have tuned rice rockets that rev up to near 9000 rpm but their's don't normally drop off so much.

Any experts on line?

Hello,

Blimy, that is putting out less than a standard set up 1600 ct engine.

You've got some work to do there :!: :!:

What sort of ignition have you got. :?:

What is your timing set at :?:

What is the carb setup precisely... :?:

What is the air filter :?:

What is the general state of the motor... starting, smoking, pulling away from a standstill when warm.. :?:

Cordialement,

:ok

Yeah, i thought the figures looked on the low side. :rofl The mechanic did say he suspects faulty or mal-adjusted hydraulic lifters.

Don't know but that was adjusted today

Again, no idea but that was done today too by a recommended Weber garage

Starts pretty well, never smokes, was always a little "boggy" under full throttle but that seems to have been sorted today.

Hello,

What I meant was : do you have electromechanical...Hall effect ignition

or SVDA dizzy,

or the dreaded 009 syndrome....

Perhaps a few photos would be a good idea

Cordialement,
