Have a blown the headgasket?

Was running my aaz with 1 bar of boost and noticed that charge cooler and engine seemed v hot when I stopped I saw coolant spilling out of expansion bottle and today it happened again also there was air in the rad. Didn't see any air bubbling in the main expansion bottle today though and no water in the oil or vice versa any ideas or have I diagnosed it correctly?
