We have a jack winch under the seat in the van but no jack. Thought it might be hidden away in the spare wheel or something but it isn't. Would you recommend buying an original T25 jack or is there a better alternative? There is no wheel brace either so need both. Thank you in advance!!

what's a jack winch? I use one of these wheel braces. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/21-17-19mm-EX ... 19d2ec5f8f" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

After fitting side bars I bought a bottle jack. It's a lot easier to use and takes up less space.

I'm talking through my backside Jack as I do not even drive so any car/van terminology is alien to me! By winch (obviously a wrong word!) I mean the handle for the jack. Will get one of those on the link you posted off eBay for the wheel nuts and I'll check out the jack you mention! Thanks!

The original T25 jack has the winding handle built into the mechanism.

Or just put a wanted in the appropriate section.

Don't forget to (try) and loosen then re-tighten the wheel nuts as soon as you get the wheel brace. I did mine just before going on Summer holiday an had to use a breaker bar (very long handle) to loosen them.

And if you are going to use an original jack, make sure your jacking points are absolutely solid, they are a common rust spot. Seen a few pix on here of collapsed jacking points.
