Chad,
I have a set of 5 m+s tyres that came off the 14" VW alloys I have. They are not on the rims now but will fit 14"x6" steel rims.
I would recommend you check the load rating though as a Tischer must be quite a weight ?
Went to SW Holland last Christmas and had a few inches of snow while there
Anyhow, tyres are available if wanted.
Oh Yeah, there in Bristol!

i might be able to get them collected on 24/25
can you please check the load rating?
the tischer is 2800kg, from the german logbook
i have some standard wheels kicking about
how much do you want for them, is there much tread left?
thanks, tim

actually, my father outlaw is coming from tiverton to lincoln this fri..he may collect for me.
anyhow, let me know the answers, and we can sort it out
i think that the 2800kg is its max, with everything and people in it, so 750kg each is enough..the tyres on it now (TUV approved) are rated at 750kg

Tim, you may be able to borrow the dokas M&S 205's, they are fully rated, good nick, inc a spare, from Germany and presently on the truck - it would mean getting Andy to take them off the truck and put his MT's on it while you have them. The doka is in London for the forseable and Andy is at present in Lancaster, but I'll discuss it with him when I see him later in the week.
I also have a set of 6" rims if you want to go with Mark's rubber - they are up here, but could go to Bristol and thence to Martin's perhaps.

thanks matt, beaker.
matt - derby is substantailly nearer than bristol, to me anyhow. this would be a great help

- if the tyres are upto the job?
beaker - please can you send the 6x14's on their way..it makes sense to have your spare wheels matched up with mudlarks spare m+s tyres, then if anyone else wants to go over the sea in winter, there's a set ready
however, it'd be great to use the bigger ones, let me know what you know, when you know it
thanks again
tim
