What oil would i need for my gear box, i have a 1.6TD JX engine with a dog leg 5 spead gear box. How much oil do i need and where is the location to drain the oil and to refill it? Thank-you

Comma 75W90 GL-4 Semi-synthetic is what most people on here use (including me) Buy 4 Ltrs and you will have a bit left over.
I have a 4 speed box and am not sure if the drain and fill plugs are in the same place, but a simple hunt with the aid of a torch should find them !
Make sure you can get the filler plug out BEFORE you drain the box, they can be f in tight ! Use the right sized key !

Recessed 17mm hex key. One bolt on top of gearbox (the one you MUST ensure you can undo FIRST!) and one on underside. They can be pretty tight...
Good luck.

Fill plug is next to the gear linkage, can help to have an assistant in the cab to move the gearstick around as the linkage can block access.
Drain plug is at the rear. Can be a pig to get to on some watercooled vans as the exhaust gets in the way, might have to cut down your 17mm allen key so that it fits.
Oil capacity is about 3.5 litres from memory, or, rather, 35 'thumps' on our filling pump.
