Has anyone done or know anyone who has done a Peugeot conversion

Not done one but I met a bloke that had and he said it was fairly straightforward, I think Billy has done his?

Which engine? Petrol, diesel? If diesel, HDi or old-school XUD? HDi is the most likely you'd want to do - and it's also going to be far and away the most difficult. Common-rail electronics.
All (IIRC) have immobilisers - some have the keypad style, others the more normal key chip. Late 406s are, IIRC, multiplexed, so there's a whole extra layer of hurt in wait for you. Only engine I really know from 'em is the 2.0turbo petrol. Lovely lump - I had two XMs with it. Biggest problem is exhaust manifold studs stretching, and that's sortable (drill and tap for thicker studs).
Unless you've got a dead 406 to hand, with a known-good engine, I can't help feeling there's gotta be easier routes.

Well I want a v6 to be honest just don't know what type to put it. What's your idea

I loved my Alfa 75. But I was thinking 406 v6.
If you're serious, then surely Golf VR6 has to be the best-trodden path.
