Hello there.
I've been putting a 1.6TD JX engine in a T25 over the last few months, as and when I can afford the bits.
The van had a CS non-turbo in when I bought it but this was goosed so I decided to put the JX back in, which it came out of the factory with.
Some of the parts were tricky to find. The manifold came from Germany and the short turbo bolts from Oklahoma! And I "re-indexed" a turbo to save cash.
Thing is, no manual exists for the JX, so it's been a bit of a jigsaw puzzle and I'm coming to the end of the project now, and could do with finishing it before the dark nights set in.
Is there anyone local to Wigan I can nip round to so I can see where the turbo pipes go from the manifold to the air filter etc.
I can't quite see from the photos and there seems to be a "spare" pipe in the rear recess area near the air filter.

Hi I have an AAZ which is similar to a JX and I'm in Horwich. might be easier to post a piccy of what you have though?

That's the 1.9 TD upgrade from a mk3 Golf etc isn't it?
Wouldn't mind a quick look so as to speed up the process of putting the last few bits on.
Found a few photos on the net but they don't quite give me the full picture.
