LHD to RHD conversion

New to VW vans & campers but recently saw a couple of vanagons that I wanted because of the aircon etc. My wife is now involved (sighs) & refuses to consider LHD. Since my major annual trip is France & Germany during the summer, I argue for LHD. Result is total communication / cooperation failure. Must be me. :/
So, for T25 & T3 types, how possible / hard / expensive is it to convert to RHD?

You don't need LHD for the summer holiday, same as you don't need RHD to drive here. Extra caution when overtaking ... that's where your passenger can earn their ride.

Converting can be done but it's an expensive affair and rather long winded ...
As Ian says... extra caution..

Thanks for those comments, I had spotted occasional vans with that work done. I regularly drive around mainland UK, Europe & USA. RHD / LHD doesnt bother me one jot - but it bothers my wife no end. I'll cross off any conversion to RHD now. Many thanks. J

I think you may well have lost the arguement but it's obvious that these views are not based on her own experiences..just a perception and that is a real shame.
