Push Rod Tube Replacement advice

One of mine has a split in it and so is leaking oil.
1) is there a temporary fix or have I got to replace it quickly? I want to do a 600 mile round trip next weekend.
2) Do I need to replace all 4?
3) What else do I need to buy, seals, head gasket?
4) Any idea who has some (1.9 Petrol DG)
5) How long should the job take?
Thanks,

Hi Bish,
to do the job in situ I believe you need telescopic push rod tubes....
do a search for those on here, and hopefully you will find out what you need to know. I remember that Aircooled push rod tubes can be replaced easily, but (of course) water cooled ones more complicated.
Good luck

Thanks Rob. Presumably I need a head gasket as well?

Our petrol motors dont have head gaskets as such. This thread explains.

For the benefit of anyone else reading this, they also sell them singularly at £22 plus postage.

I've got my new sprung tube and rocker cover gasket.
Just planning when to do it.
Any feeling for how long the job will take?

Shall we run a book?
4 hours, 2 scraped knuckles, and £30 in the swear box at 50p per naughty word?
