Help... need a plastic piece for window winder mechanism

Can any one help me?
My window wouldnt go up at the weekend so i took the door panel off and found this plastic thing at the bottom of the door.
it goes on the peg that winds the window up and down.
has anyone got a spare one or do you know where i can get one.
