Hi All,
long time lurker here
This is my beauty Heidi Image
I have Heidi now for about 3 years and love travelling around Ireland , esp kerry and cork .
I lent Heidi to a friend over the weekend and unfortunately the engine over heated. I got the bad news that she will now need a new engine as there is no compression in the engine
Now it is my understanding that a 1.9 1y diesel engine is the easiest to put in , I have sourced one that came out of a MK3 golf.
I am just wondering what parts do i keep from the old engine that i can transfer onto the new one? and are any other parts required ?
Thanks
Andrew
