joining plastic to plastic?

my fiamma awning bracket that hold a leg to the awning has broken. it looks like it did this to the previous owner becuse you can see the glue they used, but i don't know what it is.
any suggestions for glue that will hold and also take the weight and wind placed on it?

any plastic weld will do the job mate

or go onto the fiamma site and look for the part thats broke and order a new one...they arnt all that pricey
