Hello,

You will find it so much easier to fit a new inner and outer cable..

Chances are the old cable outer is all rusty inside

J10229 is the 2.0 ltr cable it is just a wire throttle cable it runs in a plastic conduit attached to the chassis. The last part above the gearbox runs through a flexible conduit but that is a separate part ordered separately if needed.

Hello,

Easy fit.

If poss over a pit or at least jacked up on one side for easy access.

Grease cable before fitting.

Wear goggles.

Work safely, have fun.

Cordialement,

:ok

Looks different to the JK cable??

had a few JK descriptions that are not to be trusted. no idea if this is one of them

Looks like Mr B has got the wrong picture up there, looks noting like a 2.0ltr cable.
