Hi can anyone advise me on this one. I have had my camper for nine months now and last week i was on my first real trip in her to France, about an hour from Dover one of my injector pipes had broken, i called the AA and they fitted a temp to get me there. But on returning the same pipe broke twice, i then realised that i had replaced the same pipe about 5 months previous, is there a reason for this to happen to the same injector pipe.

do the pipes have the clamp fitted? I broke 2 when I had no clamp, all been fine since I fitted one
think this is part number 068 130 421 A

They don't at the moment, but someone suggested that maybe the jet could be blocked with it being the same injector

its because the pipes are not clamped. get some s/h or visit or local friendly dealer.

Those clamps are there for a reason - they change the resonate frequency so that the pipes don't vibrate themselves to death as yours have done.
clamp positions.

Also check the bolts underneath the pump that hold it onto the engine, if loose even having the clamps won't help much, that's what broke my pipes.
