Rubber grommet around housing??

I noticed on my 1982 2.0 Aircooled engine that the rubber 'grommet' around the air pipes from the fan - to seal off the air gap - disintegrated at the weekend. Any one know where new ones can be purchased??? Well i guess just knowing what they are called would be a good start....
